Check BSNL Broadband Usage Online

You can login into BSNL Self Care Portal to check Broadband Usage, View Bills,  Update Profile, Track Orders/Complaints Online, Change Broadband Password.

How To Check BSNL Broadband Usage Online

  1. Login to BSNL Selfcare portal
  2. Click My Services
  3. Click View Broadband Usage
  4. You can check usage details between any given date.
If you have not registered for Self Care Portal, go to BSNL Self Care Portal and click User registration
(for existing BSNL customer)
 to register yourself.

  • BSNL Selfcare for North Zone (Haryana, Punjab, UP(West), UP(East), Himachal Pradesh,  Jammu & Kashmir) customers
  • BSNL Selfcare for West Zone (Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh,  Gujarat, Rajasthan ) customers
  • BSNL Seltcare  for East Zone (Kolkata, Orissa, Bihar, West Bengal, Adman Nicobar, Assam, Jharkhand, North East ) customers

Check BSNL Broadband Usage By SMS / Email

It is also possible to check your BSNL broadband usage by mobile phones or emails. You will be able to check your usage from your BSNL mobile as well as from other mobiles.

SMS

  1. Register your Landline number by sending an SMS REG to 52295 (+919448077777 for Non BSNL Users) e.g. REG 01772123456.
  2. For checking Broadband usage send an SMS BBU  to 52295 (+919448077777 for Non BSNL Users) e.g. BBU 01772123456.

Email

You can also go the BSNL Broadband usage website to register for usage alerts. Once registered, you will start getting alerts to the mobile phone and email address you registered with.
BSNL Registration For BroadBand Usage
Enter your Broadband service username (eg. user@bsnl.in) in the username column. Do not prefix zero before STD Code or your Mobile Number.
